OEM Permanent magnet series Single Stage

The permanent magnet series uses high-efficiency air end with small leakage, low noise. It is equipped with IP55 air cooled motor as standard, with high protection level, no bearing mechanical loss, no cooling fan loss, low motor operating temperature, and motor efficiency is 5%-10% higher than that of asynchronous motors of the same capacity. The main motor adopts a coaxial integrated design, eliminating the center bracket, coupling, gear and other components, and the transmission efficiency is 100%.
It is equipped with an intelligent control system as standard to detect various operating data of the equipment in real time.

High-efficiency screw host

The host adopts a new generation of the asymmetrical profile, 5:6 spiral rotor, from line seal to seal technology upgrade, improving gas production efficiency and large rotor diameter.Low speed ensures that the host noise is small and long life.

High-efficiency permanent magnet synchronous motor

No rotor slip, no electrical excitation, no fundamental iron and copper losses in the rotor and less heat generation, reducing stator current and stator resistance losses-IP55 protection grade ensure safe and reliable equipment operation. The motor has a 3-10% higher efficiency compared to asynchronous motor of the same capacity.High motor efficiency is maintained especially at low speeds.

- Efficient oil and gas separator so that exhaust oil content is less than 3ppm;
