Three-Dimensional Flow Impeller
High-order modal calculation is applied to calculate the full circular arc optimal profile of the impeller, eliminating turbulent flow and overspeed blockage. The impeller is fabricated from aviation-grade aluminum alloy with outstanding anti-corrosion performance and processed by a 5-axis machining center, keeping machining tolerance under 0.005 mm. Direct shaft connection design enables 100% power transmission efficiency.
High-Speed Permanent Magnet Motor
This unit adopts high-efficiency permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) with a peak efficiency of ≥96%. Supported by aerodynamic optimization technology, the motor runs at a maximum speed of over 20,000 rpm and features Class H insulation, with a temperature resistance up to 180°C.
