Two-Stage Air-Cooled Compression Main Unit
This rotor design delivers zero slip and eliminates electric excitation, cutting copper and iron losses and minimizing heat generation to reduce stator current and resistance losses. It boasts 5%–8% higher efficiency than asynchronous induction motors of equivalent power ratings, and maintains outstanding efficiency even under low-speed operation.
Synchronous Motor with Stepless Speed Regulation
Electronic variable speed control is integrated into the two-stage compression process, enabling synchronous stepless speed adjustment for both the first and second-stage airends to satisfy diverse industrial working requirements. The motor reaches a peak efficiency of 95.5%, delivering a 4.1% reduction in energy consumption while outputting high torque and maintaining steady running performance.
