Synchronous Motor with Stepless Speed Regulation

High-Efficiency Filtration System
Oil content reduced to less than 1.3+ mg/m³ with upgraded premium MANN oil separator elements, resulting in lower oil content and cleaner exhaust air;
High-efficiency oil filter removes impurities from the lubricant, providing clean oil for the rotor and bearings of the airend;
High-efficiency air filter removes dust and particles from intake air, protecting the rotor, bearings, and other key components from damage.
Two-Stage Oil-Cooled Compression Unit
The first- and second-stage airends achieve synchronous stepless speed regulation.
Featuring large rotors, low rotational speed, and a horizontal structure with a low center of gravity, the unit offers smoother operation and lower noise.

Equipped with an IP65 oil-cooled motor, it offers high protection, no mechanical loss from bearings, no energy loss from cooling fans, low noise, and low vibration.
Motor efficiency reaches 95.5%, saving 4.1% energy, and is 3–10% more efficient than asynchronous motors of the same capacity.
Dual Inverter System — Constant Temperature & Constant Pressure

Water, as a cooling medium, has a high specific heat capacity, enabling rapid and effective temperature reduction of the screw compressor to ensure efficient operation.
It features a compact size, low noise, and stronger adaptability to various environments.
The cloud platform can record and provide the operating status and operating parameters of the wind turbines bound to the platform, as well as perform fault alarm and data recording analysis. Users can log in to the platform to realize remote monitoring and energy-saving settings management, enabling users to realize real-time equipment management. At present, the IoT cloud platform provides ANDRIOD, IOS, and PC clients, and open interfaces to link with third-party software such as ERP, providing users with more possibilities.
